Short Testimony:
I was brought up in a Catholic family and I have always been encouraged to deepen my understanding and faith. In 2004, the opportunity arose for me to go on pilgrimage with the Derry Dioceses Youth Team (of which Máire and Stephen where leaders) - little did I know that this would be the beginning of a new step for me. In 2006 I was asked to come to a formation meeting; the group gathered together was a mixture of people from around Derry who had been involved in faith development either as leaders or participants. From this the Iosa Community was born and I have found a group of friends with whom I can grow not just spiritually but also personally!
Favourite Iosa Memory:
Our four-day and first parish mission in my home parish of Our Lady of Lourdes, Steelstown during November 2010.
